All products sold by Cloudberry Paperie are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions at hello@cloudberrypaperie.com.

We do not provide refunds due to a change of mind, accidental purchase after the product has been accessed, cancellation or change of an event, choosing another vendor, or issues with third-party services such as printers or editing platforms.

Damages and Issues

If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase, or believe there is a problem with the product, please contact us at hello@cloudberrypaperie.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, exchanges are not accepted.

EU customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By choosing immediate access to your digital product at checkout, you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the end of this 14-day period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins.
