PRINTING
What file formats can I download the templates in?
You can download you template as PDF, JPG and PNG, depending on your needs. We provide you with printing guide and additional templates that allow you to print multiple templates per page (US Letter) if you choose printing at home.
Where can I print?
- PRINT AT HOME
For templates that are 8 ½ x 11” or smaller, printing at home is a perfect option. Be sure that the document prints to 100% or Actual Size in the print settings, not “scale to fit”. For all templates, you will need WHITE (not colored) cardstock or paper. The background color will be printed out with the text and design. For best results, heavier (thicker) cardstock is best and we recommend 90 to 110lb cover stock (i.e. card stock). In metric terms this is around 250-300gsm. Most home printers should be able to manage at least 90lb card, but please check your printer's specification.
- PROFESSIONAL PRINT SHOP
Choose a local or pnline professional print shop. We recommend Prints of Love due to their high quality prints, supportive customer service and quick processing times. Order through the link below & use code "CLOUDBERRY10" for 10% off your order of $49 or more. You'll also receive free shipping & envelopes!

What do I have to take into account when printing?
Please ensure your home printer is capable of printing the quality of stationery you require and that it is capable of printing your preferred card stock. We recommend a test print before bulk printing. If you are unhappy with the quality of your home print, we recommend a local print shop for best results. We do not take responsibility for the quality of your print.
Please note that the actual print colors may vary slightly from those you see on your screen. Card stock choice can also affect the printed color.
Remember to PROOF the text of a template prior to printing - we recommend proofing yourself and asking a friend to check too - a second set of eyes can notice things that you may overlook. We don't take responsibility for text errors.
